UK Call centre agent- Day Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and fluent English speakers to help existing mobile phone customers on the O2 network, whose mobile contract is ending, with upgrading to a new deal.

Fluency in English is a must, combined with a can do attitude with a postive mindset is all that is required for this role.

No experience is necessary, full training is provided.

You will be responsible for making calls to existing O2 customers, whose contracts are ending or have ended. Understanding the customer needs in terms of their phone usage and requirements for a handset and making suggestions and helping them to sign up to a new contract.

• Time management skills.

What we offer:

Basic Salary (55k-70k)+ commissions upto 30k

Timing: 2pm – 11pm

Working Days: Monday – Friday (Full Shift)

Saturday half day (3pm - 9pm)

Location: DHA Phase 6

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
