Responsibilities

  * Execute trade marketing plans aligned with company objectives
  * Supervise and manage field merchandising teams
  * Ensure effective in-store promotions, displays, and activation campaigns
  * Monitor product visibility & planogram compliance
  * Coordinate with sales teams to enhance distribution & promotional impact
  * Prepare field reports and performance analysis
  
  ✅ Requirements:
  * 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing / sales operations / merchandising
  * Strong analytical and reporting skills
  * Excellent communication & leadership abilities
  * Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  * Strong execution and problem-solving mindset
