Trade Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Trade Marketing Manager to represent a leading Swiss multinational in the consumer electronics industry. Here’s your chance to shape how a global brand connects with customers at the ground level.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Execute POSM & visual merchandising strategies aligned with retail goals
• Partner with Sales, KAMs, and Category teams for product launches & campaigns
• Analyze sales data & consumer trends to optimize trade marketing plans
• Drive product visibility through planograms, promotions & in-store branding
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distribution channels• Track KPIs using Yoobic and improve field execution continuously
• Lead & train field teams to elevate brand presence at retail
• Manage trade marketing budgets for high-impact ROI
• Conduct store visits for visibility checks, stock audits, and compliance• Monitor competitor activity & adapt strategies swiftly

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• 2–3+ years in Trade/Channel/Retail Marketing
• Self-motivated and execution-focused with strong ownership
• Excellent communicator with great coordination skills
• Data-driven mindset with a strategic approach to campaigns
• Cross-functional collaborator with sales & retail teams
• Own conveyance (motorbike minimum) required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
