Trade Analyst

We are looking for a Trade Analyst with experience in trade operations within the FMCG industry. The role involves supporting trade campaign planning, data analysis, reporting, and platform management to ensure effective execution of trade strategies. The candidate will work closely with Trade Planning, Key Account, and IDT teams to enhance reporting accuracy, optimize trade performance, and improve visibility of campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support trade campaign planning and execution aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and upload campaign data in TM&D platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Perform trade cycle analysis and generate insights for performance improvement.
• Develop and standardize trade reports and dashboards for better decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM and trade platforms.
• Troubleshoot and escalate system or reporting issues when required.
• Coordinate between field teams and planning teams to support campaign delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Trade Operations within the FMCG industry.
• Experience working with Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in trade data analysis and reporting optimization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English.
