Dukane Commerce is seeking a skilled TIKTOK Automation Specialist to drive growth and monetization of TikTok accounts through proven automation strategies. The ideal candidate has expertise in social media automation tools and specializes in niche research, content creation, and engagement optimization without requiring the client's direct personal exposure. This role requires managing all aspects of TikTok account development from viral content production to profile optimization, with a strong focus on using strategic automation to consistently increase followers and engagement. The TIKTOK Automation Specialist collaborates closely with clients to identify promising niches and implement data-driven posting schedules that maximize organic reach and viewer interaction. This position demands creativity alongside technical proficiency in social media platforms, excellent organizational skills to maintain consistent content delivery, and a results-oriented mindset to grow profitable TikTok profiles. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it calls for independent initiative and the ability to oversee full project cycles end to end.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement viral video content strategies designed to maximize engagement and follower growth on TikTok.
• Set up and optimize TikTok accounts by refining profiles, bios, visuals, and other key elements to attract and retain viewers.
• Create and maintain a consistent content posting schedule using social media automation tools to ensure steady account activity.
• Monitor account metrics and audience insights to adjust strategies for optimal performance and increased monetization.
• Continuously evaluate new TikTok features and automation technologies to enhance content reach and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and objectives, ensuring content aligns with their vision and complies with platform standards.
• Drive sustained engagement through targeted tactics such as hashtag research, trend participation, and interactive content integration.
• Provide clients with regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for continual account improvement.
