Job Description

Jazz is looking for a Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) based in Karachi to join its Regional Operating Model team. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the TSS will be instrumental in driving growth across JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development within the designated territory. This role requires close coordination with both internal teams and external partners to achieve regional sales targets, address daily operational challenges, and ensure effective market penetration and channel development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Jazz’s values, business model, products, and market trends.
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits, ensuring stock availability and compliance.
- Manage one or two franchises based on potential and geographic coverage, maintaining daily oversight and reporting to the Area Sales Manager.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with franchise and retail networks to support smooth operations.
- Drive retail and distribution network growth by engaging franchise staff and Distribution Officers (DO).
- Focus on critical enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), market float management (maintaining 2.3 days), DO service levels (achieving 50% daily), and keeping non-performing retailers below 5%.
- Monitor recharge activities including Jazz Load and Scratch cards, ensuring minimum balance retailers remain under 5%.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Recharge, Gross Ads (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash (Direct Recharge, Cash-In, Mobile Wallet), Mobile Broadband (MBB) data devices, and active retail base metrics.
- Develop and execute plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing efforts and expand channel footprint while improving KPIs such as retailer servicing for JazzCash and voice services.
- Ensure territory integrity and control infringement activities.
- Foster positive relationships with retailers and franchise owners within the territory.
- Continuously review and enhance JazzCash and voice KPIs for self and team members.
- Demonstrate proactivity and creativity by proposing new ideas and processes to improve team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, explaining profitability models to strengthen partnerships.

Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage challenging projects end-to-end, from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Capability to work independently as well as under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Experience in consistently achieving monthly KPIs including JazzCash Wallet Activation, Postpaid and Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-In, and Mobile Number Portability (MNP).
- Strong skills in increasing business penetration within assigned areas and meeting comprehensive targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management and channel development.
