System Integration Developer

We are looking for a full-time, remote System Integration Developer whose primary responsibility will be to own, maintain, and improve the integrations between our business systems. We currently use Zoho Flow to connect Zoho applications, OnPrintShop, and other platforms. As the business grows, additional systems will be added and integrated. This role is focused on the ongoing, day-to-day health of these connections—not on one-off projects.

You will be the internal owner of our system integrations, ensuring that data flows reliably, accurately, and is well-documented across all tools used by our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing Zoho Flow automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues when systems fail to sync correctly.
• Improve, refactor, and optimize existing flows as business processes evolve.
• Build new integrations as additional tools and platforms are adopted.
• Ensure orders, customer data, production information, and operational data remain accurate and consistent across systems.
• Work closely with operations and other non-technical stakeholders to understand real business workflows and requirements.
• Document system connections, data flows, and integration logic in a clear and organized way.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Flow in a real business environment.
• Experience working with Zoho applications, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Strong preference for experience with OnPrintShop or similar web-to-print platforms.
• Proven experience integrating multiple third-party systems and APIs.
• Experience supporting and maintaining live, production systems used daily by operations teams.
• Practical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and long-term maintainability.
• Comfortable taking ownership of systems and maintaining them over time.
• Solid understanding of how technology and integrations support business operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical teammates and explain technical issues in simple terms.
