Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor all supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory.
  • Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure the timely shipment and delivery of goods.
  • Manage and track import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and procurement schedules.
  • Work with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle communication with vendors and resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Assist in forecasting, planning, and reporting supply chain KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the textiles industry.
  • Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and international shipping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
