Job Location: SITE Area, Manghopir Road, Karachi

We are seeking a data-driven and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage retail distribution, optimize stock replenishment, and oversee internal logistics to maximize sales and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of analytical rigor, strong communication skills and technical proficiency in ERP systems and business intelligence tools. Prior experience in the Apparel industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute efficient product distribution across retail channels. Manage automated and manual stock replenishment cycles to meet demand.

· Monitor stock levels across various retail locations. Initiate and track ISTs to balance inventory and optimize product availability.

· Analyze retail sales data and stock turn ratios to generate actionable insights and forecast future inventory needs.

· Coordinate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, warehouse teams and dispatch units to ensure timely product delivery.

· Maintain rigorous follow-ups with vendors, store managers and transit partners. Ensure all logistics activities strictly adhere to company policies and legal compliance standards.

Qualification

BBA or MBA degree with specialization in Supply Chain Management.

Experience

3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in retail distribution, replenishment and inventory management preferred in Apparel industry with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and hands-on experience working with ERP systems. Strong ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs and manipulate large datasets to solve operational bottlenecks.
