Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic team. The sourcing executive will play a key pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a robust network of third-party vendors to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This includes identifying and onboarding professionals such as mechanics, car painters, hospitals, bakeries, house maintenance/repair, and other specialized service providers. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Identification and Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify reliable and skilled third-party vendors across various industries.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify new vendor opportunities.
  • Complete the daily, weekly, and monthly meeting targets.

2. Vendor Onboarding and Relationship Management:

  • Evaluate vendors based on their quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with client needs.
  • Develop long-term relationships with vendors to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Complete the weekly and monthly onboarding targets category-wise.

3. Database and Documentation:

  • Maintain an organized database of all vendors with complete profiles and performance records.
  • Ensure all vendor documentation, certifications, and agreements are up-to-date and compliant.

4. Client Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the client-facing teams to understand client requirements and match them with suitable vendors.
  • Provide timely updates to client-facing teams regarding vendor availability and service capabilities.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Regularly assess vendor performance through feedback, audits, and key performance indicators.
  • Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.

6. Cost Optimization:

  • Work towards achieving cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Explore competitive pricing strategies by comparing vendor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in vendor sourcing, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management software/tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industries such as automotive, healthcare, food services, or others relevant to the role.
  • Experience in contract management and compliance.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Reporting Line:

  • This position will report directly to the [Manager Partnerships].
