Social Media Strategist

A rapidly growing international brand is looking for a talented Social Media Strategist to join their on-site team near Tariq Road, Karachi. This full-time role requires working hours aligned with the Australian business schedule. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social media strategy and the ability to independently manage campaigns from initial concept through to execution. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Plan and execute content calendars and campaign strategies that align with the brand’s goals and target audience engagement. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and prepare detailed reports on results. Manage paid social media advertising initiatives and coordinate influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility. Generate creative ideas and lead campaigns independently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media strategy, planning, and execution is essential. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms, especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, is required. Expertise in content planning, campaign strategy development, analytics, and performance tracking is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage end-to-end social media campaigns independently. A creative, detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused mindset is critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with paid social media advertising and influencer collaborations is highly desirable. The position offers a competitive salary package of up to PKR 400,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level. This is a full-time, on-site role providing direct collaboration with an international brand’s marketing team.
