Role Description
Dev Entities is looking for a highly organized, creative Social Media Manager & Content Writer to own and grow our brand presence online. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and strategic sides of content, someone who can translate technical work into compelling stories that resonate with business decision-makers, founders, and tech teams.
You'll manage our LinkedIn and other social channels, build a consistent content pipeline, and help position Dev Entities as a trusted name in software services, both in the US and Pakistan markets.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, build, and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
- Create platform-native content tailored to each channel's format and audience
- Write on-brand captions, posts, and long-form content that speaks to a B2B tech audience
- Develop content that showcases our services, team culture, client wins, and technical expertise
- Coordinate feedback and approvals from the internal team
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all platforms
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and what's working in the tech/software services space
Content Writing
- Write blog posts, case studies, service spotlights, and company updates
- Draft newsletters and email content for client and prospect outreach
- Create briefs and copy for campaigns, ads, and lead generation content
- Adapt technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across channels
- Engage proactively with our audience to build community and brand affinity
- Flag notable conversations, client inquiries, or opportunities to the team
- Use community insights to refine content and messaging strategy
Brand & Client Support
- Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and content formats
- Support the team with content for proposals, decks, and client-facing materials
- Assist with documenting internal processes and keeping the content workflow organized
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management and/or content writing
- A strong portfolio show us writing samples and accounts or pages you've managed
- Demonstrated experience writing for B2B, tech, or software services audiences
- Excellent written English clear, professional, and engaging
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit best practices
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with social scheduling or analytics tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have bonus
- Experience working at a software house, IT agency, or with tech clients
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content strategy
- Experience producing short-form video content or reels for brand channels
- Understanding of software outsourcing, nearshoring, or staff augmentation services
- Experience creating or managing LinkedIn company page growth campaigns
