Social Media Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team, focused on generating and converting leads through social media platforms. This role involves both chat-based communication and client interaction when needed.

Role: Social Media Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Office-based initially → Work from home based on performance)

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives & commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Engage with potential clients via DMs, comments, and chat
• Qualify and convert leads into clients
• Collaborate with the sales team for closing

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (especially chat-based)
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
