Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Social Media to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative direction skills and hands-on experience in designing engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage the social media team, including content creators and designers
• Plan, create, and oversee high-quality, visually engaging content across all platforms
• Design or supervise the creation of posts, banners, and campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance
• Analyze metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement
• Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising
• Ensure brand consistency across all social channels
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Experience with social media analytics and advertising tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
