Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator and Indoor Studio Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role demands a trend-savvy, detail-oriented individual who can create visually stunning content aligned with our brand’s luxury aesthetic. You will be responsible for producing world-class photo and video content, primarily in an indoor studio environment, while staying ahead of social media trends to engage and grow our audience organically and through paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content in our indoor studio, ensuring world-class production value.
Manage full studio setup: lighting, backdrops, staging, props, and equipment handling.
Creatively style sets to produce various staging environments that highlight our furniture in fresh, trending, and luxurious ways.
Produce and edit User-Generated Content (UGC) style videos tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
Operate a variety of equipment including DSLR cameras, iPhone cameras, studio lighting, and stabilization gear.
Expertly use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and TikTok Studio for post-production.
Develop, plan, and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely posting and thematic alignment with our brand.
Create engaging content strategies that align with platform algorithms and trends to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Publish and monitor content across all social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Facebook.
Stay current on evolving platform features, trends, and best practices.
Contribute to PR marketing efforts, influencer collaborations, and community engagement campaigns to build brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing creative insights and content optimizations.
Maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms to drive brand loyalty and sales growth.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Photographer/Videographer, or similar role. Fresh graduates are welcomed as well.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous indoor studio work and UGC-style content.
Expert-level knowledge of lighting setups, photography/videography techniques, and creative staging.
Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and content best practices (especially Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
Skilled in editing tools: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, TikTok Studio, etc.
Experience in PR marketing and digital brand positioning is a major plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong aesthetic sense for luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and trending visual styles.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Shopify backend content posting.
Basic knowledge of paid ad content creation (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships.
