YOUR TASKS


 

• Provide great service to over the counter customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Maintain effective relationship with customers while demonstrating outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience.
• Contact existing and new customers to pursue sales leads.
• Conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets.
• Ensure service point is organized and maintained as per 5S methodology.
• Ensure service point’s maintenance and housekeeping is up to DHL standards.
  
  
   

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
• Strong interpersonal, business development and selling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
