Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO strategies specifically for software development companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how search engines work and how to build SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve SERP rankings, and generate leads in the competitive tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute successful SEO strategies aligned with our software development services and products.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site architecture, content, and link-building opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research tailored to B2B software markets.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Develop and manage an effective content strategy targeting software industry keywords and search intents.
• Collaborate with developers and content writers to implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
• Write and review high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blogs, landing pages, and meta content.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
• Provide detailed SEO reports and strategy updates to the marketing team and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience, specifically with software development companies.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Solid experience in content writing and strategy, with an ability to create engaging, keyword-focused content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work the night shift (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM).
