EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Senior Officer for Corporate Benefits Operations with a solid foundation in compliance, data analysis, and operational coordination. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy and regulatory compliance of all corporate benefits operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field and brings between one to five years of relevant experience. You will play a critical part in maintaining risk dashboards, managing both physical and digital records, and overseeing project documentation to meet strict deadlines. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple operational tasks daily, supporting the management team to optimize workflow and reporting. This opportunity requires a candidate who demonstrates analytical problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The role does not include team management but involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless corporate benefits operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing pressure effectively while delivering consistent, high-quality results that meet the companys compliance and operational standards.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop new and regularly update existing risk dashboards to monitor corporate benefits operations performance and compliance.
  • Maintain, organize, and manage comprehensive physical and digital filing systems to ensure documentation integrity and accessibility.
  • Review incoming and outgoing documents meticulously for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Track project timelines closely to guarantee the timely completion of all necessary documentation prior to set deadlines.
  • Provide operational support and coordinate daily tasks to assist management in maintaining smooth corporate benefits processes.
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other reporting tools to facilitate accurate tracking and effective communication of operational metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement within corporate benefits operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align operational activities with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies by applying thorough knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Support the implementation of new operational procedures and documentation standards to improve corporate benefits management.
