Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Medical Billing Specialist, based in Karachi. The Senior Medical Billing Specialist will manage all aspects of revenue cycle management, including claims submission, denial management, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up. The role also involves coordinating with payers to ensure timely reimbursements, resolving discrepancies in billing and payments, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes while contributing to the overall financial health of healthcare providers.

Qualifications

 

• Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
• Proficiency in handling denials and insurance-related processes
• Experience with Medicare and other payer-specific billing systems
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills for resolving billing and payment issues
• Skilled in working with billing software and maintaining regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a medical billing or revenue cycle management role is highly beneficial.
