Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation. This role requires a professional who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs and engaging video content that supports our brand identity, marketing initiatives, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality graphics for social media platforms, websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Create visually engaging social media posts, promotional creatives, and branding assets.
• Develop innovative design concepts and layouts for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistency across all visual content in accordance with company branding guidelines.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit professional short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate communications.
• Produce engaging reels, shorts, advertisements, product videos, and other multimedia content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, visual effects, transitions, and subtitles using Adobe After Effects.
• Optimize video content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and company websites.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and content ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and evolving social media content formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve creative output.

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop

Technical & Creative Skills

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media marketing, digital advertising, and online campaigns.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, and video production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to balance creativity with business and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Proven experience creating high-quality digital content across multiple platforms.
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and creative projects.
