Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can create strong and professional visual designs. The right candidate should have a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of modern design. You should be able to understand a brief and create visuals that communicate the message clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for digital and marketing campaigns
• Design social media creatives, website visuals, banners, ads, presentations, and promotional materials
• Create visual content based on brand identity and communication goals
• Develop design directions for new campaigns and projects
• Work closely with content and marketing teams on creative projects
• Review existing designs and improve their visual quality
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality
• Prepare final artwork in the required formats and dimensions
• Make design changes based on feedback
• Use AI tools to assist with creative ideas and design development
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative approaches
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showing professional and creative design work
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience using AI tools for creative and design work
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
• Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing
• Ability to develop original concepts instead of relying only on templates
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand briefs and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience

3+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design is preferred. Experience working with brands, marketing teams, or creative agencies will be an advantage.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. Strong professional experience and a strong portfolio can also be considered.

What We Are Looking For

A designer who can think creatively and execute professionally. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from an initial brief and developing it into a polished final design.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
