We are seeking a professional and experienced Senior Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and front office schedules.
  • Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
  • Supervise and support junior front desk staff when required.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
