Senior AI / ML Expert Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and technically sound Senior AI & ML Expert Trainer to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge training programs. The trainer will play a pivotal role in upskilling engineers, IT professionals, and students by designing modern AI/ML courses with real-world industrial applications. This includes working with deep learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and ML Ops, and equipping learners to work with today's most in-demand technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development & Curriculum Design

• Design, update, and deliver industry-oriented courses in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and related technologies.
• Create learning paths that cover:
• Supervised/Unsupervised/Reinforcement Learning
• Deep Learning & Neural Networks (CNNs, RNNs, GANs)
• Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO, image segmentation)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) – Transformers, BERT, LLMs
• Generative AI – ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion
• AI for IoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing & Predictive Maintenance
• ML Ops – Model deployment using Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, CI/CD pipelines

Training Delivery & Mentorship

• Deliver interactive, hands-on sessions with real datasets and projects.
• Conduct classroom, online, and hybrid training programs.
• Mentor students on capstone projects, career development, and certifications.
• Provide feedback, assessments, and 1:1 coaching where required.

Industry Alignment & Research

• Continuously upgrade course content based on emerging technologies, job market trends, and industry partnerships.
• Work closely with industries to incorporate case studies, pilot projects, and problem statements in training.
• Collaborate with IIPD’s R&D and technical team for AI-based solutions and live projects.

Thought Leadership & Branding

• Represent IIPD Global in tech conferences, webinars, university meetups, and industry expos.
• Write blogs, create content, and speak on topics like AI ethics, AI in automation, smart factories, etc.
• Support IIPD's reputation as a top AI & ML training institute in Pakistan.

Required Skills & Technologies:

Core Technologies & Tools

• Python (Essential) – NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn
• Deep Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
• Computer Vision: OpenCV, YOLO, MediaPipe, DeepFace
• NLP & LLMs: HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI APIs, LangChain
• Data Engineering & Tools: SQL, Power BI, Pandas Profiling, Airflow (optional)
• ML Ops & Deployment: Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, Flask, AWS/GCP/Azure
• Version Control & Collaboration: Git, GitHub, Notion, JIRA

Candidate Profile:

• Master's/PhD in AI, Data Science, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or training.
• Proven ability to teach, simplify complex topics, and inspire learners.
• Strong portfolio of AI/ML projects, GitHub contributions, or published work.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and public speaking skills.

Bonus / Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, or industrial AI applications.
• Familiarity with AutoML, Federated Learning, or Edge AI.
• Experience teaching or training international audiences.
• Certifications from Coursera, Google AI, Microsoft, or AWS.
