Security Incharge

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Incharge to oversee day-to-day security operations at key facilities including airports, cargo areas, and bonded warehouses. The ideal candidate is committed to maintaining compliance with stringent aviation and cargo security standards such as those set by PCAA, GCAA, TSA, ECAC, and RA3. This role requires a dedicated professional to ensure that security policies and procedures are rigorously followed, potential risks are identified and mitigated, and security breaches are prevented. The Security Incharge plays a crucial role in protecting company assets, personnel, and confidential information by maintaining a secure environment through effective surveillance, incident management, and adherence to protocols. In this position, the Security Incharge manages a small team and coordinates efforts to uphold safety and security standards across multiple operational shifts. This role involves regular inspections, monitoring access control, managing incident responses, and maintaining accurate security records. The candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent observation skills, and the ability to work effectively during rotational shifts, including responding swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations. Effective communication and coordination with operational teams are essential to ensure seamless execution of security responsibilities and continuous improvement of security procedures.
Responsibilities
 

• Ensure full compliance with security regulations and standards relevant to airport, cargo, and bonded warehouse operations, including PCAA, GCAA, TSA, ECAC, and RA3 requirements.
• Oversee monitoring of freight and baggage escort activities to prevent unauthorized access and security breaches.
• Manage access control systems and warehouse security operations to maintain strict control over entry and exit points.
• Maintain and enforce Cargo Supply Chain Security standards, ensuring all security policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions are followed accurately.
• Conduct continuous surveillance, regular security inspections, and audits to identify potential security risks, non-compliance, or threats.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures to manage security risks and reinforce operational security measures.
• Coordinate and supervise the security team to ensure adequate coverage during shifts and efficient handling of security operations.
• Protect company assets, staff, and sensitive information by maintaining a secure and vigilant environment.
• Prepare comprehensive security reports, document incidents thoroughly, and maintain precise records for audit and review purposes.
• Assist the Security Supervisor in executing security initiatives and enhancing overall security processes and protocols.
• Ensure effective utilization of security personnel and resources aligned with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies, managing the situation to minimize impact and restore normal operations.
• Train and guide the security team member(s) under supervision to strengthen the departments overall capability.
