Sales Executive

Job Description

Linkage is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our car trading team at our Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 3, Karachi location. This role is ideal for both freshers and professionals with at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Prior experience in automobile sales or car trading is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers flexible shift timings, either from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The role does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration and a strong sales mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. You are responsible for handling customer inquiries professionally, offering effective guidance on buying and selling vehicles, as well as contributing to the overall success of the sales department. This role requires a balance of strategic sales skills, customer service excellence, and dedication to meeting performance targets in a dynamic automobile sales environment.
Responsibilities
 

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance about vehicle buying and selling options.
• Generate and qualify new leads to build a strong sales pipeline that contributes to company growth.
• Convert leads into successful sales by applying proven closing techniques and sales forecasting methods.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets to support revenue growth objectives.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management software effectively to manage contacts, track sales activities, and generate sales reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate strategies and share insights that enhance overall sales performance.
• Adopt and execute email marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of car trading products, market trends, and competitor activity to provide well-informed advice to customers.
• Support the team by assisting in vehicle inspection, documentation, and facilitating smooth transaction processes.
• Stay up to date with new sales techniques and industry developments through continuous learning and training.
