Role Summary

We are hiring a Sales Representative to support client acquisition and relationship management efforts. This role focuses on identifying prospective clients, presenting BSL’s services clearly, and converting leads into long-term client relationships.

The position suits individuals who are motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working toward measurable sales targets while maintaining professional client standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Present and explain BSL’s services to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Convert qualified leads into active clients in line with assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build trust, address questions, and support retention.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, research, compliance, and support) to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Track progress against targets and provide basic sales updates when required.

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed base salary, paid monthly.
  • Performance-based commission, linked to client acquisition and revenue contribution.
  • Commission structure and targets will be shared during the interview process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales, client service, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Sales & communication

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain services confidently and handle basic objections.
  • Persuasive yet professional approach to selling.

Work ethic & mindset

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Comfortable working toward individual performance goals.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent in follow-up.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in financial services, brokerage, banking, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with basic stock market concepts or investment products.
  • Existing professional network that can be leveraged for client outreach.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to the Sales / Business Development Lead.
  • Works closely with operations and client support teams.
