Job Description

We are looking for Sales Coordinator from one its leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily sales tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.Manage the sales process from lead generation to post-sales support
  • .Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to requests for information.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Coordinate orders, delivery schedules, and product availability with other departments such as logistics and inventory. Assist in managing and tracking sales quotas, goals, and targets.
  • Process sales orders and follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and databases.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales team members, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare contracts, and assist in the preparation of sales meetings and trade shows.
