We’re Hiring: Sales & Client Relations Manager

Ocean Dream PK is looking for a highly professional, confident, and relationship-driven Sr. Sales & Client Relations Manager to lead our sales efforts, private event bookings, partnerships, and customer relationship management.

This role is for someone who understands hospitality sales, customer experience, relationship-building, and how to convert inquiries into long-term clients and revenue.

You will play a major role in helping Ocean Dream grow through stronger sales systems, better customer handling, partnerships, and high-quality client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Managing private event inquiries, corporate bookings, partnerships, and customer relationships

• Leading and improving overall sales performance and conversion quality

• Following up with leads, high-value clients, corporate customers, and partnership opportunities

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and repeat business opportunities

• Handling negotiations, VIP clients, difficult situations, and high-level customer communication professionally

• Coordinating closely with the Sales Associate and management team to maintain strong communication flow and lead organization

• Improving sales systems, follow-up consistency, customer experience, and conversion processes

• Identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and new business relationships

• Ensuring customer communication remains professional, organized, timely, and hospitality-focused

• Maintaining organization, reporting, and visibility across sales operations

Requirements:

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills

• Experience in hospitality, events, luxury, lifestyle, restaurant, or customer-facing industries preferred

• Confidence handling clients, negotiations, and customer communication

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to build relationships and maintain professional communication under pressure

• Strong English communication skills

• Professional appearance, attitude, and hospitality mindset

• Ability to lead conversations, improve conversions, and represent the brand professionally

• Self-driven personality with leadership potential and strong initiative

Salary:

PKR 85,000 – 110,000

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday: On-site (10 AM – 6 PM)

You will play a major role in helping build the sales systems, partnerships, customer relationships, and long-term growth of Ocean Dream PK.
