Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and charismatic Robotics Champion to lead our Kids Robotics and STEM Programs across Pakistan. You'll be the face of our mission to introduce children aged 6 to 14 to the exciting world of robotics, coding, automation, and problem-solving.

This is more than just a teaching role — it’s a movement to grow a skilled, confident, and tech-savvy generation ready to lead Pakistan into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Mentorship

  • Design and deliver fun, age-appropriate robotics workshops using platforms like LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, and Blockly.
  • Inspire young minds through hands-on experiments, competitions, and robotics challenges.
  • Teach fundamentals of coding, sensors, automation, and AI in a playful and engaging environment.
  • Use storytelling, visuals, and real-life tech examples to build excitement around STEM.

Community Building & Outreach

  • Lead school outreach visits, community STEM camps, and inter-school robotics leagues.
  • Represent IIPD at kids expos, science fairs, and tech education events.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and creative learning environment for every child.
  • Help students prepare for national and international robotics competitions.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with schools, academies, parents’ groups, and local government for program adoption.
  • Contribute to strategy for scaling IIPD’s kids robotics program nationwide.
  • Provide demos and presentations to institutions interested in adopting robotics curricula.

Innovation & Curriculum Design

  • Continuously innovate and develop creative learning kits, DIY robotics challenges, and blended learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with the content team to build video lessons, interactive projects, and parent-student guides.

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Strong knowledge of robotics platforms, basic electronics, and educational tech tools.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills – must be confident around kids and parents.
  • Creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality who can make tech fun and accessible.
  • Ability to travel across Pakistan to run bootcamps and school-based programs.
  • Passion for empowering youth, giving back to the community, and building a “Skill Pakistan” movement.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; additional regional languages are a plus.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points):

  • National or international recognition in STEM education, robotics competitions, or EdTech innovation.
  • Experience using platforms like FIRST LEGO League, World Robot Olympiad (WRO), or RoboCup.
  • Active social media presence as a STEM educator, trainer, or community leader.

What We Offer:

  • A chance to become a national face for youth robotics and education.
  • Competitive compensation with performance and travel allowances.
  • Support for your personal growth as a trainer, content creator, and STEM influencer.
  • A mission-driven environment where creativity, innovation, and impact are celebrated.
