Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Administrative Duties

  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement..
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
