Job Description

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing telephone calls, greeting visitors, and handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently.

Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and inform concerned staff of arrivals.

Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars when required.

Coordinate internal communications, distribute company notices, and assist with basic documentation.

Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned by management.

Ensure compliance with security procedures for guests and deliveries.

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).

Experience: 1–3 years in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.

Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Other Attributes:

Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Customer-focused attitude with a positive demeanor.
