Project Management Trainee

This full-time, onsite position offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Trainee to join a professional and fast-paced work environment. It is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start their careers in project management, especially those comfortable working night shifts to accommodate international time zones. The role requires availability from 9 PM to 6 AM, six days a week, and is not open to students. Candidates must be committed to working onsite. The monthly salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to 45,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support project execution by providing timely updates and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
- Liaise with team members and clients as necessary to maintain project momentum and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and track workflow to support project transparency.
- Follow instructions carefully and consistently meet deadlines to contribute to overall project success.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience; prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of professional work environments and workplace etiquette.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the project management field.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with international time zones.
