🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🎓 Qualification: Graduate in Marketing or a related field

💼 Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience

🌱 Level: Junior

Looking for a proactive and organized professional to coordinate educational programs, develop industry partnerships, and support student career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly student progress reports, including attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with the institute and instructors to ensure smooth training operations.
• Manage corporate CSR initiatives, proposals, and partner follow-ups.
• Build industry relationships to explore collaborations, internships, and job opportunities.
• Facilitate student placements and track employment outcomes.
• Organize career development sessions, guest lectures, and industry engagement activities.
• Maintain records and share monthly progress and KPI reports with management.

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate in Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with good organizational and follow-up skills.
