Product Development Manager - Pharmaceuticals

We are seeking a dynamic Product Development Manager based in Karachi to lead innovative initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product development from initial concept through to commercialization, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring all products meet stringent quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new products and growth opportunities.
- Ensure all product development activities adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and quality requirements.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the expansion of the product portfolio to meet evolving market demands.

Required Qualifications

- A Pharm-D degree or an equivalent pharmacy qualification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical product development.
- Hands-on experience working with QA, QC, and business development functions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise.
