Power Platform Developer

Job Description

Network Squad Ltd is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will lead a team of two and play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Automate and Power Apps. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint configuration and integration, combined with strong software development skills across Microsoft technologies. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders to build efficient automation processes and custom applications that streamline workflows and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelors degree in software engineering, computer science, data science, or an equivalent field, with at least five years of professional experience and a minimum of three years dedicated to Microsoft Power Platform development. A Microsoft Power Automate Developer certification (PL-500) is preferred. The role demands proficiency in configuring SharePoint sites and permissions, creating custom SharePoint content types, and integrating various data stores such as Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint. Experience with Dynamics 365 modules related to sales, marketing, or business operations will be highly advantageous in expanding solution capabilities.
Responsibilities
 

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Manage and mentor a small team of two developers to ensure project tasks are executed effectively and deadlines are met.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments to support integration with Power Platform solutions, including management of lists, content types, permissions, and governance policies.
• Develop custom applications and automation workflows that address business needs, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
• Utilize development skills in HTML, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Bootstrap to build custom interfaces and integrate external APIs effectively.
• Manage data integration and storage solutions using Dataverse, SQL databases, and SharePoint to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Implement best practices for security, data privacy, and compliance in all configurations and development efforts.
• Maintain documentation for all developed solutions and configurations to enable ongoing support and future enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions.
• Work closely with Dynamics 365 teams when applicable to enhance business processes through integrated system capabilities.
