Pixel Artist Aseprite | On-Site karachi

Artvista is looking for a skilled Pixel Artist based in Pakistan who is comfortable working professionally in Aseprite and can create clean readable game-ready pixel art.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands proper pixel-art workflow rather than simply using filters or resizing normal artwork

Responsibilities:

• Create original pixel art assets in Aseprite
• Work on characters, sprites, environments, props, tilesets, icons, and other game assets
• Create and edit frame-by-frame pixel animations when required
• Maintain consistent pixel size, proportions palette and visual style
• Follow references briefs and art direction accurately
• Prepare organized aseprite PNG sprite sheet and source files
• Handle revisions professionally and meet project deadlines
• Coordinate with the internal art and development team

Requirements:

• Must be based in Pakistan
• Strong working knowledge of Aseprite
• Good understanding of pixel-art fundamentals such as silhouettes, readability, clusters, palettes, anti-aliasing, and clean edges
• Ability to create assets from scratch in true pixel-art form
• Experience with sprites, tilesets, character animation, or game assets is preferred
• Must have a pixel-art portfolio
• Good communication and ability to follow detailed briefs
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines

Important:
Applicants must submit a portfolio containing actual pixel-art work created in Aseprite or a similar pixel-art workflow. General illustrations, AI-generated artwork, or filtered/downscaled artwork will not be considered as a replacement for a pixel-art portfolio.

This is an on-site position in Karachi remote applicants are not being considered for this role.
