Job Summary:

The Pharmacist will manage the daily operations of the TDC pharmacy, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care for Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD) services. This role involves dispensing medications, providing clinical support, and maintaining accurate inventory. The Pharmacist will work closely with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Verify prescriptions and patient information for accuracy and safety.
• Assist patients with refills, transfers, insurance processing, and counseling on medication use.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and conduct regular audits to prevent stock-outs and expired medications.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications per regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and standards.
• Prepare monthly reports, including pharmacy performance, ADEs, and ADRs.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors.
• Support process improvements and staff training.
• Provide support and counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and medication regimens.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Pharm D with min 02 Years of experience in hospital or clinic.
• Maximum age limit 45 years.
