Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents such as notes and minutes, and supporting travel and administrative arrangements. The position demands proficiency with MS Office, email, and communication platforms such as WhatsApp. Strong follow-up capabilities and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters are essential.
