Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee our Air Duct Cleaning Services team. This key role requires a blend of technical know-how, sales acumen, and leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team training, job execution oversight, and sales order confirmations, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily field operations related to air duct cleaning services.

• Confirm customer sales and job orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Train new and existing field staff on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and customer interaction.

• Monitor team performance and maintain quality control across all projects.

• Coordinate with the Karachi office for schedule management, equipment availability, and reporting.

• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and hands-on training workshops.

• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve any on-site issues professionally.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, hygiene protocols, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, or facility management services.

• Prior experience in team supervision or field operations is preferred.

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English.

• Sales understanding with the ability to manage and confirm client orders.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams or sites.

• Knowledge of safety protocols, cleaning machinery, and duct maintenance tools.
