A leading online cricket platform is looking for a full-time Moderator to help manage one of the internet’s most passionate communities of Pakistan cricket fans. If you're the kind of person who watches every ball, has strong opinions on selection, and loves engaging in online discussions — this could be your dream job.

We’re one of the largest and most active sports discussion forums online, with a strong focus on Pakistan Cricket. But that’s not all — our community also features lively discussions on football, other sports, current affairs, and politics. While cricket is at our core, our audience is diverse — and we’re looking for someone who can help moderate across all these sections.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Monitoring

• Approve, review, and remove posts in line with community guidelines
• Keep discussions respectful, clean, and free from abuse or spam
• Moderate not just cricket threads, but also discussions on football, politics, and general topics

User Engagement

• Spark and maintain lively, respectful discussions
• Help answer questions and keep conversations flowing

 Conflict Resolution

• Enforce forum rules
• Handle disputes and moderate tricky conversations fairly and calmly

Content Contribution & Analysis

• Post cricket news, match updates, and relevant content to keep discussions fresh
• Share your own match reviews, analysis, opinions, or rankings regularly
• Optionally contribute to football or current affairs discussions, especially during major events

Who We’re Looking For:

Die-hard Cricket Fan

You must be a genuine cricket lover — especially when it comes to Pakistan Cricket. You know the players, follow the matches, track the stats, and love a good cricket debate.

All-Round Knowledge

While cricket is key, you should also be reasonably familiar with football, other major sports, and current events, as you’ll help moderate those sections too.

Strong English & Writing Skills

You're comfortable writing posts, summaries, and replies in clear, engaging English. Bonus if you’re familiar with tools like ChatGPT to help proofread or refine your content.

Tech-Ready & Self-Sufficient

You must have your own laptop, a reliable internet connection, and backup power to work from home smoothly

Flexible Availability

You’ll be expected to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (day off on Tuesday). Hours can shift slightly depending on match schedules and tournaments.

 Community-Focused & Responsible

You understand the importance of respectful online conversation and are capable of handling things diplomatically.

Quick Learner

No formal moderation experience is required — we’re more interested in your passion, work ethic, and ability to grow into the role.
