Meta Ad Manager

We’re scaling multiple brands across micro-SaaS and AI automation / service businesses, and we’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end. This role is for someone who can build, test, optimize, and scale campaigns with clear performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (PPC)
• Handle monthly budgets ranging from $5,000 to $20,000
• Build targeting, ad sets, creatives testing plans, and retargeting funnels
• Improve performance weekly: CPL/CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality
• Set up / coordinate tracking (Pixel/events, GA4, GTM; CAPI is a plus)
• Create weekly performance reports with clear insights + next actions
• Work with our team on creatives, copy, landing pages, and offer positioning

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta + Google Ads hands-on
• Must be able to show real results (case studies, dashboards, screenshots)
• Comfortable managing budgets in the $5k–$20k/month range
• Strong testing mindset (creative angles, audiences, offer testing)
• Strong communication + consistency (weekly execution is non-negotiable)

Nice to Have

• Experience with CAPI / server-side tracking
• SaaS or B2B lead gen experience
• Basic CRO knowledge (landing page optimization, funnel improvements)
