Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage branding, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Creative mindset with a strong analytical approach.
