Creative Networks is a fast-growing Managed IT & Telecoms provider. We are expanding our Islamabad team and looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for our Upholstery Business to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities, develop and implement strategies, and manage campaigns that increase brand visibility, engagement, and leads. You will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
• Lead campaigns for social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
• Oversee content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting goals and tracking performance
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
• Identify trends and emerging marketing opportunities to stay ahead in the market

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in managing teams and campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while managing a team
• Experience in the upholstery business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
