Role Description

Khan Brothers is seeking an analytical and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, optimized inventory levels, and efficient procurement. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Warehousing, and Procurement to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory planning, forecasting across all business divisions.
• Coordinate procurement and supplier deliveries to ensure timely product availability.
• Collaborate with Sales to align inventory with customer demand and project pipelines.
• Partner with Finance to optimize working capital and inventory investment.
• Monitor inventory health.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably Odoo or SAP) to maintain accurate data and streamline supply chain processes.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong demand planning and supply management skills to manage end-to-end material flow.
• Candidates should possess solid inventory management and procurement skills to maintain optimal stock levels and reliable sourcing.
• Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills to interpret data, generate forecasts, and support decision-making.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are an advantage.
• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or technical products, preferably in a multi-vertical environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with competence in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Proven capability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operational setting.
