Job Summary:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR systems and policies. This role involves streamlining HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and enhancing the overall efficiency of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems.
Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with local labor laws.
Manage the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
Handle HR systems, databases, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.
Partner with other HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations, to support organizational goals.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in HR operations.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, compliance, and HR systems.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR operations within a multinational or large-scale organization.
Familiarity with process automation and HR analytics tools.
Strong project management skills.
