Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee Human Resources role based in Karachi. The Management Trainee will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and orientation of new team members. The role will involve maintaining and updating employee records, supporting the preparation and communication of HR policies, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits and attendance. The trainee will help organize training sessions, engagement activities, and performance review processes under the guidance of senior HR professionals. This position is designed to provide structured exposure to core HR functions, with opportunities for learning, mentorship, and progressive responsibility.
Qualifications
 

  • Solid foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with a strong interest in building a long-term career in HR.
  • Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies, including basic concepts of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
  • Awareness of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices, including record-keeping, attendance, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or HR software is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced technology-driven environment.
