Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee Human Resources role based in Karachi. The Management Trainee will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and orientation of new team members. The role will involve maintaining and updating employee records, supporting the preparation and communication of HR policies, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits and attendance. The trainee will help organize training sessions, engagement activities, and performance review processes under the guidance of senior HR professionals. This position is designed to provide structured exposure to core HR functions, with opportunities for learning, mentorship, and progressive responsibility.
