About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines for Hard Gelatin Capsule Production lines, including Gelatin Melting, Capsule manufacturing (HCMM), Camera Inspection and Printing machines based on work center plans.
• Operate all assigned machines with complete understanding and compliance of product specifications, profile setting with Safety and Quality compliance.
• Document and maintained accurate batch records, logbooks, and production documentation in compliance with GMP standards in line with data integrity ALCOA principles (Attributable i.e. traceable, Legible i.e. clearly readable, Contemporaneous i.e., real time, Original, and Accurate).
• Operator will be responsible for documenting the downtime and restoring the machine with technical troubleshooting of process and machine functions.
• Monitored in-process quality and ensured capsules met required specifications (size, weight, sealing, and appearance).
• Perform machine changeovers, participate in preventive maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Ensure the whole operation and documentation is in line with implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensured strict adherence to GMP, safety, and hygiene protocols within the production area.
• Collaborated with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to resolve deviations and maintain product quality.
• Handle raw materials and finished products carefully to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications: Must be Diploma holder with minimum three years experience.
