Full job description

We are looking for a Meeting Coordinator / Appointment Setter to support our sales team by scheduling and ensuring attendance of client meetings. This is not a sales role. The primary responsibility is to contact provided leads and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.

The role focuses on calling, follow-ups, and coordination, ensuring clients attend their scheduled meetings on time.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact leads provided by the company via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team
• Ensure meeting attendance through timely reminders and follow-ups
• Coordinate smoothly between clients and sales representatives until the meeting is completed
• Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, follow-ups, and meeting status
• Meet daily calling targets and monthly attended meeting targets
• Use company-provided tools to update lead status and reports
• Maintain a professional, polite, and clear communication style at all times

Performance Targets:

• Minimum 100 calls per day
• Monthly targets:
• 30 attended meetings expected for consistent performance
• 25 attended meetings is the minimum requirement
• Commission eligibility starts from the 11th attended meeting
• First 10 attended meetings per month are non-commissioned

Working Hours & Probation

• Working Hours: 54 hours per week
• Schedule: Saturday to Thursday
• Timings:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Qatar Time)
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Weekly Off: Friday
• Probation Period: 6 months

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
