Junior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Project Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our PMO Team. This full-time role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in project coordination

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, capture action points, and ensure follow-up. Assist in the preparation of status reports, client presentations, and review documentation.
• Provide support in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain Agile boards/tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Click Up
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a PMO environment.

Certifications:

• Any certifications in project management or Agile frameworks will be considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
