Junior eBook Editor

Perks Logic, based in Karachi on Shahrah-e-Faisal, is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled eBook Editor to join their creative team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of English and excellent editing skills, with experience in refining content specifically for digital publication. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, providing a structured schedule with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit, proofread, and format eBooks to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and appropriate tone throughout the content.
- Maintain alignment of all content with established publishing and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with writers and content teams to enhance manuscripts and improve overall quality.
- Verify that formatting, layout, and structure are suitable for various digital platforms and devices.
- Manage deadlines efficiently while upholding high editorial standards to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an editor or proofreader, ideally with a focus on eBooks or digital content.
- Excellent command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with eBook formats and digital publishing standards is essential.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
